3. Refund and Exchange Policy

At Exodia 1 Sports, we value your satisfaction. If you need to Refund or exchange a product, please review the following guidelines.

• Refund Window: You may initiate a Refund within 7 days of receiving your product for a full refund.
• Exchange Period: If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, you may do so within 7 days of delivery.
• Eligibility for Refund: To be eligible for a Refund:
• The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
• It should be in original packaging with all tags attached.
• Clothing items must not have been washed.
• Condition for Exchanges: Exchanges are only valid if the product is in resalable condition and unused.
• How to Initiate a Refund or Exchange: To begin your Refund or exchange, please email us at support@exodia1sports.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
• Shipping and Handling Costs: Customers are responsible for covering the cost of refund shipping: a Flat rate of 50EGP. Please note that the original shipping cost is nonrefundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
• Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after we receive the returned item. For exchanges, we will ship the replacement product after confirming the return.
